Which skills are most in demand?
It is a multi-skilled marketplace. There is major demand for senior, experienced sales executives. Companies are looking for people who not only can sell, but who also can build a sales organization from scratch.
There is also growth in demand for general managers with the right types of experience. Companies are looking for people who have a blended background – someone who is entrepreneurial but also has been successful getting things to significant scale.
Good engineers, data scientists, product managers and technology leaders are also in demand. Innovation inside the industry requires reaching into different talent pools, reaching into the software industry, into the retail industry, to find people who are used to a faster pace of design and engineering.
Who are the people with experience?
Much of the hiring is from outside the client’s core industry. If you are a bank, the area that is most like a bank is found in the telecom space. Pulling people from telecom into payments or into banking is very successful because it’s multi-channel, highly regulated and global.
The greatest amount of outside-the-industry hiring has been in data. There are a lot of great people who can translate into the financial services world very well. For FinTech startups, enterprise software developers help make these businesses sustainable.

We conduct initial interviews with potential candidates, eliminating those who are not a fit one call at a time.
Your potential candidates are assessed on their experience, their location and salary, and the depth of their interest. The evaluation may involve as many as 6 or 7 telephone interviews .Once top candidates have been isolated, you will be presented with a list of candidates for your interview process.
